Human Rights Law provides some protection to private / Family life in the UK. If you have an exceptional, compassionate and compelling circumstances that you wish to remain in the UK, you may be eligible to apply to remain on a Human Rights grounds. Human Rights applications are considered outside the immigration rules and you may be granted Limited or Discretionary Leave to Remain in the UK.
It will be necessary for our Immigration and Asylum Practitioners to carry out a comprehensive assessment of your circumstances to find on which basis of the Human Rights Act you may be allowed to apply in the UK, such as Article 8, “Right to Family and Private Life”.
